Embercrown provides workflow software, AI-assisted tools, and related web or mobile applications designed to improve productivity and simplify operational tasks.

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information
• Remain responsible for all activity under your account

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, technology, branding, and features within the Services are owned by or licensed to Embercrown and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your use does not grant ownership rights.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you provide or create using the Services. You grant Embercrown a limited license to store, process, and use that content solely for delivering the Services.

We do not claim ownership of your data.

7. Data Handling

Using the Services means you acknowledge that:

• We may store and back up data on third-party infrastructure (e.g., Supabase, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Replit, etc.)
• Data may be processed in multiple regions depending on provider configuration
• You may request deletion of your data, which we will process in accordance with our Privacy Policy

8. AI-Assisted Features

Some Services include generative-AI features. You understand and agree that:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• AI should not be relied on for safety-critical, legal, financial, or professional decisions without verification
• You are responsible for checking the accuracy of all AI-generated results
• Embercrown is not liable for actions taken based on AI output

AI is a tool, not an authority.

9. Beta, Experimental, or Preview Features

We may offer early, beta, or experimental features. These may:

• Change at any time
• Contain bugs or errors
• Be removed without notice
• Have no guaranteed uptime or performance

Your use of beta features is entirely at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability
